If you prefer to find someone closer, there is a network of FileMaker Pro developers called the FileMaker Solutions Alliance.  The alliance is comprised of nearly 20,000 developers across the USA, Canada, Mexico and Latin America.  Because the Education Director is sold "open", most any of the Solutions Alliance developers would be able modify the program for you.  But, of course, we are your best choice.
