Correspondence This screen focuses on the tracking of written communications. It provides a summary list of all communications created for this contact within the system. Communications can be either letters or postcards. The correspondence list may be segregated by user-defined entities such as people within your organization, or possibly different departments or businesses. Each entity is provided the option of creating a unique graphic or text letterhead for use with their letters. Both letters and postcards have editing screens allowing ease-of-creation and printing. Pre-defined templates can be created and stored for those communications that are re-used regularly.
