The Do List
The 'DO' screen provides
a means of creating do-lists for
individual contacts. 'Do' tasks
can be anything that you need to
do for a contact or possibly a
record of some involvement this
person has with other events that
occur on a particular date.
The system also allows for the
creation of 'Do' programs. These
can be multiple do-step programs
(i.e. marketing or followup
programs) that need to be
re-used. 'Do' programs can be
ssigned to contacts from this
screen or from a central 'Do'
admin screen. The 'Do' admin
screen screen also provides a
central location for viewing and
navigating to all of your 'Do'
tasks.
