Merging Communications with Addresses The Merge Print screen supports creation of communications for a single contact, or a group of selected contacts. From this screen, you can print pre-addressed envelopes, labels, letters merged with address information, and send emails. For marketing to prospects, the system also features auto-linking of letters to any pre-defined prospect address list, or creation of addresses 'on-the-fly'. You can also import addresses from pre-formatted text files.
